shop.whyyou.org aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-12 business days of the order via USPS, FedEx, PDP, or DHL. Please allow at least 12 business for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 12 days, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We ship internationally to most countries through DHL services. Packages typically take anywhere from 14-24 days to arrive. If you have not received your package within 3 weeks, please notify us at email@example.com and include your order number. shop.whyyou.org is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
LOST & DAMAGED ORDERS
In the rare occasion, shop.whyyou.org shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. shop.whyyou.org does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
- Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate - it’s not a guarantee.
- If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with us. Let us know about your delayed shipment by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
