Returns & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTEAll items are made-to-order, therefore, we can not exchange or refund your purchase for a different size or style. Please review the Size Guide for each item to confirm that the item size (i.e. shirt, sweatshirt, hoodies and etc) corresponds to your actual and/or typical measurements.

RETURNS: 

RETURNS ARE ONLY OFFERED FOR MISPRINTED, DAMAGED and/or DEFECTIVE ITEMS WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERY (i.e. you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return). To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received; unworn or unused, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@whyyou.org. If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Packages much be sent via a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at shop@whyyou.org.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Footwear is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for another size if the size is available. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items.  We require that you simply buy the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. If you have questions about availability or a timeframe when certain styles or sizes will be restocked, please email us at shop@whyyou.org. All items are made-to-order, therefore, we can not exchange your purchase for a different size or style. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All items are made-to-order, therefore, we can not refund your purchase for a different size or style. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
